I've had the most awful fishing contest ever.. only because I was so close to winning.
I finished the contest with only 24 fish.. close?
Well I forgot to put autoloot on. The first 3 pools i fished didn't get picked up.
So assuming 4-5 tasty fish per: That would've left me 1-3 fish off.. This takes in to account the fact I was ganked 3 times.
I fished a small area starting just north of grom'gol and kept backing up rather than taking the entire coast. I had loads of pools to myself instead of the south-east, when I would be lucky to get 1-2 in the entire competition.
I'll prepare better for next week and I'm feeling good about the results.
So painfully close(ish). /facepalm
