I fished this out of the Oasis in The Barrens today. Supposedly pretty unusual drop. Does it figure into any quests?

Fished this up in Org in the Valley of Wisdom today while trying for Old Crafty. Came up on cast 465. I was pretty excited, but would have been more so if it were Crafty himself or one of the rare fish instead... Oh well- Character: Alderion (US-Darrowmere-H).
