The 2 Ring has just appeared on Wowhead. +22 to all stats, requiring level 70. Since The 1 Ring is caught by fishing, some might deduce The 2 Ring is too.
Any source known? Neither MMO-Champion or World of Raids have it listed, which tends to suggest it isn't dungeon loot.

Hahaha, that's awesome. Not sure I'd wear it, but awesome nonetheless.
One picture shows +20 to each stat, the other +22.
A couple of other suggestions for other pages:
The "pools and wreckage" section says Gahz'ranka usually doesn't carry much of value, but he is the only mob that drops Tome of Polymorph: Turtle (0.5% chance says thottbot, while 14% says wowhead...), which is not BOP, but almost never shows up on the AH. Wowecon has no history for the item's price. The comments on wowhead suggest it would sell for 2,000-5,000 gold ("sold it for 2k gold within the first 30 seconds"). Much sought after by mages.
Not all the pages that talk about Old Crafty/Ironjaw mention they're BOP.
