[Fishing] The 2 Ring

    i am the proud owner of much and most of the fishing gear and items currently in game including the 1 ring, problem is i cannot for the life of me get the 2 ring. i know its from the fishing daily and i have been doing it for nearly every day since the patch but i still cant get it. is there anything i should know about getting this? even a drop% would be nice. thanks for any future responses

    It's in the order of 1/2000. That's over 5 years of daily quests. On average. But random. It is simply not realistic to expect to gain it...

    If it makes you feel any better Jolly Rogers, I've been doing fishing daily quests every day since they came out, and I STILL do not have a Weather Beaten Fishing Hat.

    As someone who has almost everything else, this is heartbreaking. (The +5 line rare fish, Mr. Pinch pet, and the 2 Ring also continue to elude me)

    Isn't the pole from the Extravaganza a better pole than the rep one?

    Yes the epic rep fishing pole has +30 fishing skills but also has a Equip function allowing underwater breathing. The fishing pole from extrazaganza is +35 fishing.

    most important about the rep pole is the new skin blizz made for it. I'm never gunna junk my arcanite pole but still lookin good while fishing is always a plus

    If it makes you feel better, I have been doing Extravaganza for over 2 years now (won 3 times with different chars) and I still don't have the +fishing boots (I got around 10 Eternium Lines and 10 +fishing hats). Been doing the fishing daily quests since the beginning of TBC and I still dont have the Weather Beaten Fishing Hat (got 2 croc pets, 2 x epic gem).
