Use the hook to shift into a fish - use the Titanium Seal = your weapon is now displayed in the flipper of your fish (as if you're holding it) - discovered this tonight during a Salty Swimming Party in the Dalaran Fountain with other Salty's.

I noticed changes to the trinket just the other day, you can now attack and stay in fishy form (though any special attacks seem to bring you out of it), and your melee weapon displays.
When you're fighting in fish form, you do the same actions as the typical frenzy's you see out in the world...the little spinning in a circle attack is there, and it's pretty cool ;-)
