No more Artisan fishing quest? I hope that's not a change meant to go live. Unfortunately, it probably will. With all the buffing recipes for fish and the number of people who don't like to fish, its probably intended to save some time for all the 80s trying to catch up. But I enjoyed the quest and would have enjoyed it again when my level 42 warlock got to it.

Shimarenda, the quest will still exist, you just get a new pole instead of artisan fishing (or maybe you still get that for free if you need it).

been there plenty times, I'm one of the better organizer on Firetree :)

I am leaning towards happiness that the blood pool quest lets you catch more than one quest fish per cast...got 3 on my first cast, and 2 on my second...done!
Almost seems too easy, but then again I'm not big on spending a lot of time completing dailies, and you DO have to travel a ways to do this one.

The daily has been weird for me. After all this time I'm still missing to see Blood is thicker. Also I haven't gotten anything interesting in the bags yet. A friend of mine got the crawler doing the quest the first time though. I'm sure Blood is thicker is going to show up eventually though... any estimates yet what the respective chances are of the different quests?
There are 5 quests, so each quest has 20% chance to be the daily.
Here is a quick list of the chances of having had the 'Blood is thicker' daily at least once after a certain number of days:

21 - 99,1%We're at day 19 today, so it looks like Earthen Ring is one of the few unlucky servers who haven't gotten one of the fishing quests yet. That doesn't mean it's going to show up soon, you still have a 20% chance each day of getting Blood is thicker.

i have always felt that blizz's RNG was suspect and this is more circumstantial evidence to that effect.
We don't know if the likelihood of each quest to pop is 1/5. It could be a different distribution. In fact I suspect that the sewer cooking daily is less likely than other other ones too.

As far as I know, the Sewer fishing daily has never shown up on my realm. I'm not totally unlucky, I've gotten the Strand Crawler and the fishing line as rewards.
(And this past weekend, my level 72 rogue did the fishing daily at 399 fishing skill. That wasn't possible for awhile.)
